Who called from 20808101

This number is a VOIP number, in short-a phone call made through internet like skype.

However, from googleing it (since I also got a call), it seems like scammer is using this feature to call people. My call was a woman speaking Chinese doing a survey...

I know this is a scam. They will call back a few days telling you have won a BIG prize somewhere else. Now you have to pay the "tax" first...etc.

yea i just got the same number calling me so i decided to look it up.
It is an odd number  what is it?? anyone know?

I got a call from this number today at 12:47pm i thought it was my fiance thats in the army stationed in Korea but they don't have those numbers there thats so damn weird

all these posts are recent.

I got calls from both 208-081-00 and the 910-000000000 number. Didn't answer any of them nor did they leave messages. Live in PA. It's calling my cell phone.
