Who called from 2081265689

I keep getting 4-5 calls a day from this number he said his name is Mike from Washington

I keep getting calls from this number.  Once I answered it and they said they were calling in response to my loan inquiry.  Haven't made any loan inquiries.  Is this a scam?

phone number needs to STOP calling me... call multiple times a day and needs to STOP!

They keep saying they are from some loan company.  I do not have any loans.  I told them to place me on the do not call list and they keep calling.  I asked what it was regarding and asked where they were from but they only kept repeating the same information.
