A message was sent and when I called the number it said I sorry but the person you are trying to call has not set up a mailbox yet.

I deleted the message because very very few people have my cell phone number.  It is a prepaid phone and every message deducts minutes from the account.  I cannot afford to be getting junk messages and opening them to see if they are for me.  I delete everything.  Since I have some control as to who has my number.
