Who called from 2082096789

I got the call around 1, but no message was left

got this 2 days in a row on my cell , in Spanish, and then when I tried calling backwas told it was disconnected.  What gives?

i got a call from  (208)2096768 saying in spanish that i won something i think this person is trying to steal our identity or somrthing i even called back and the number dont work

i got the same call, but i dont answer it if they dont leave a message....should i call it back

I got the call too! But I missed it and then I googled the number, got this site and know all about the phone number. Thanks guys!
