It's Pacwest telecom. Same as above, when I called back it said I successfully completed a test call.

I had a missed call - 713/357-6343, when I called it back - I did not call on my cellphone, I got the message, you have successfully completed a test call PWT121!

What the heck does that mean, are they trying to see if a phone number is valid - are they using it to steal info?  

What do I need to do to not get anymore of these calls.
