Who called from 2082285120

Have had several calls from this number but no message left.  Caller ID claims to be from Rigby Idaho

I called number back! Man identified himself as B Thorton soliciting funds for Idaho State Police Association. Have friend who is with Police; she said, they solicit funds in the name of the police, but 100% of money donated goes to administrative expenses. They never give any of the money to Law Enforcement. Legitimate Law Enforcement does not solicit by phone in this manner.

Same here. Has called three times, supposedly from Rigby, ID, but leaves no messages.
