Caller ID was CHIL CANC FD AM When I answered she ask for my wife by name and said we were very hard to contact !! I said just a minute and got the BBB "Wise Giving Guide" off the shelf. It is a 53 page document. They are listed on page 19 and have a RED ( ! ) in the Did Not Disclose column.
Of course she hung up as soon as I quoted this publication.
