Person called my cell phone asking for a specific person, I asked who was calling. By the tone of the voice I deduced it was a collection agency. When I demanded she tell me who she was, she hung up. Calling it back revealed the number is blocked meaning that it either does not accept return calls or that it is behind a much larger fire wall type of institution.
Text accompanying the 208 number said it was coming from Idaho. Chances are, it could also be one of those phone type cards that a local collection agency is using to mask their identity, which is a Federal offense.
