This caller identifies herself as Aspen Air, an air purification company which, in fact, exists. She ask a couple questions related to air quality, then calls back a week later to say you've won a drawing for gas, movie tix, and pizza if they can come to your home and demonstrate a portable air purification system. They ask for your address, first names and which credit card company you are most comfortable with, then schedule the appointment. They don't show up. Attempts to call them back result in reaching a "private" number. Your credit information CAN be accessed with this info.
We let this caller get the answering machine and they continue to call daily around 4:30PM PAC. I returned the call back and get sounds like an office of people talking for about 3 seconds and it hangs up. I try again and get a busy signal for a couple tries, then it will connect again after a few tries and once again I hear an office chatter of people and immediately it hangs up again. I consider this a harassment caused by this non-wanted caller and I am trying to proceed through Quest to have them stop this caller some how.
