Who called from 2082650623

I just got a call from this number. No message was left.
I Googled it and found it is registered to James and Kelly Russell in Indiana as well some stupid warranty spam crap.

They called me and left no message and I tried calling them back but it went to the answer machine or voicemail....
What do they want????

This number called my house, but didn't leave message and now called my cell phone which is new number by the way.  Don't know who this is and when I called it back a recording comes on and says you have reached a number that has been disconnected.  What's up with that?
