Just received this call. Lots of background noise, would not restate their name and stated they were the IRS( I have a lawsuit against me and he was rude) and they used my maiden name and an address I have not lived at in over 8 years. Every time I tried to inquire about what was going on he became rude and then transferred my call. I called the actual IRS and was told to file with the fraud department (which I did). There is no way this was true.
