Received a call from a man with a heavy accent.  He was asking for someone that is not at this number.  When I told him he had the wrong number he verified the number and then very angrily told me that I was mistaken not him, that he had the correct number.  He wouldnot let me speak and I basically had to get rude, talking over him, and hanging up on him.
