Answered call but no response from caller

Strange random number, leaves no message.

Just received a call from this number. Caller ID said "None". Some supposed Police support group. They knew my 1st name. But then the guy just kept reading from his script & wouldn't respond to me (either that or after they asked for me he hit a recorded message). Don't bother answering & if you have a cell block this number. It's a SCAM
