The FCC has NOTHING to do with this. The Do Not Call registry is used only by LEGITIMATE telemarketers. The spammers do not have anything to do with it. The "good" telemarketers submit their lists to the FCC and those lists are scrubbed of numbers whose owners have requested not to be called.
The FCC did NOT release cell phone numbers. That's a myth.

This is a telemarketer call. Am on the Do Not Call List. Why do they keep calling? What good does it do to have a Do Not Call List who's agency does NOTHING when it's violated?
