Unknown Name. I picked up the phone and waited. I heard a couple of clicks but no voice. After a few moments the call was disconnected by the telephone company? with the message, "Please hang up and try your call again." The number 208 314 0907 is a Boise, Idaho number but someone could be using it from anywhere.
I just got a call from this number. Caller ID said V71017041400115 (and it was from this phone number) I turned my answering machine off (in some far-stretched hope that if it's a robo-call my number won't register as a "live" number....) 314 is a local exchange but this says it's southern Idaho. (I'm in North Idaho) Wish I could block on my land line! (Don't have cell coverage at home otherwise I'd dump land line)
