Who called from 2083213221

Deutsche Mark with Job Offer?
Received recorded message stating " press 1 to set-up appointment time"
Yes I am interested, but was disconnected and I tried to return call.
Call will not go through.  Is this a fraudulent call?

It happened to me today (6-15-11). It's really distressing, because I'm unemployed, looking for work, and I have applications in all over the place. I'm also on a pay by minute phone and I don't need wild goose chases. Anybody know these people?

Same thing happened to me yesterday.

This number keeps calling me and leaving me messages. It won't let me opt out of the calls. It has already called me 3 times today! So frustrating!!!

You tell it like it is, sister!
