When they called me Luke said we have this bill that has been turned over to us then. When I told him I never received anything. He never attempted to verify my identity and when I asked when address he had. He gave me an incorrect address I told him so he told me I was not going to pay the bill and hung up on me. I do believe this is a total scam. If my count is right I believe he violated 3 or 4 parts of the fair credit reporting act.
My daughter who is in the Navy in Great Lakes, IL received a call for my mom who is in Long Term Care from this Luke guy as well. I called him back and explained that I was POA over my moms affairs but he wouldn't give me any details as to what he wanted either. Kind of strange.
He just called me too! I dunno. I was busy at the gym so I missed his call but T-Mobile has a caller ID and it said ITNERMNT CREDIT so I'm not even bother calling him back. He left a 9 second voicemail but really he didn't speak until 5 seconds in and said "Hi [insert name here], call me back." Like, what the heck? No thanks. LOL Would be best if he actually left a legit' voicemail saying who he was and at least the gist of why he's calling.
