This company is a collection agency but make sure you verify your debts prior to talking with them. I owed my apartment $48 on top of my deposit, I was disputing this and they sent it to this company who called me and said I owed $348! I settled my debt with the apartments and told Action Collections but they keep calling....with my MyTouch 4G I can divert calls to go straight to voicemail so I added them to that list.
I had the same problem but with medical and yet this was 5 years ago and they're saying I owe a ton when my mother went with me and paid for it but yet they won't give me my account number or the proper information and then called me a 2 year old because I exclaimed I didn't catch all the information. He just kept harrassing me and belittling me and threatening my credit
I have had my number for 3 months, I called the SOB and told him to stop calling, he wanted my name, I told him that I was not going to give him my name, but I would sue him if he didn't stop calling. Next time they call I will record the call and then we will see who will stop calling.
My number is not even listed, have no name attached to it since it is a prepaid phone, but annoying with having an A-hole calling and leaving messages.
