Called three times today. No words, no fax noise just several seconds of silence and a hangup.

Received a call from this number. I did not answer since it was an unknown, long distance caller. They did not leave a message.

Poor connection. Understood less than one word in six.
Laughter in background occasionally.
Called number back. Female computer voice read my phone number aloud.
Then said, "Enter text command now". WTF?

Same as RealHuman's caller.

Caller was laughing when I answered phone and continued laughing until I said Hello, 3 times. Then I get this man on the phone regarding a Google account, supposedly affliliated with Centurylink and he whispers something under his breath since he did not realize I was still on the line.
