Who called from 2083695165

caller stated he was a processor trying to collect a payday loan from 2009

Unknown caller. Been getting a lot of calls from unknown numbers. I am on the do not call list. This should not be happening. I believe they are a fraudulent number.

This is a scam!!! I called the number back sms I said who is this , what's your company name and he wouldn't answer me...kept changing the subject....
