Who called from 2083812222

Don't know who this number is and I can't get vocal messages.

Got a FAX call from this number twice in a row. Google results in it being St. Luke's Hospital Patient Information line. No doubt it's a FAX line now.

up to 12 calls every day from a fax machine

Called repeatedly on more than one occasion.  I called them and they told me they would stop, calls started again the next day.  They call 8 or 9 times one right after the other.

Called me twice so far today within two minutes. It seemed to leave voice mail but all I heard was repeated beeping.
