This number keeps calling and hanging up when we answer

A women called from this number and said i was picked to receive a grant for 7,500. then told me to call 202 657 6862. When I called that number a man answered the phone and you could definitely tell it was a scam. I could hear people talking in the back round and kids playing also.

I got the same call about being picked by the government to receive a grant for $7500. Was told to call another 202 number, which just rings and rings.
