cell phone here - nothing when answered.  suspect may be a 'lower/ "pay off" your debt load' boiler room - scam of course.  I suppose the computer dials and then checks if someone at number (by answering), then another call in cue for the boiler room; likely it rotates the calls and if no-one free to 'do the pitch' it drops the call.
VERY irritating.

Called me in the UK too, I didn't answer though, kinda wish I had now so I can give them some abuse :)

I tried calling the number back and it went directly to a loud static noise so no ring or answering machine.  I'm located in Vernon, BC, Canada, EARTH
