Just gpt a text from this number saying he's Brad and I know him. Creepy! Who is this?

sent me sexual text messages and left me voicemails using my name as if he knows me. reported to the police.

This is a T-Mobile cell number, located in Boise, Idaho.  Tell T-Mobile about it, they should suspend this person's service.
