The phone caller knew my last name.  Oddly enough, considering the phone is not in my name, and it is a cell phone (thus no listing)....Anyway, the caller came across as a telemarketer of "GE Electrical Security Devices" and they would like to give them to me for free.  I replied, "no thanks" and the very next question was, "well then, what security devices do you have in your home...."  You figure out that phone call...
