This is a "Windows Technical" scam call. Supposed to inform you of malware on your computer. Just google windows technical scam, you find out all about it.
Got a call from this number. Man said he was with Microsoft and that my computer had a virus. I asked where he was calling from and he said New York City, NY. I asked for an address and he said the same thing then put his supervisor on. I asked him where he was calling from and he said Seattle, WA. I told them they should get their lies straight and hung up.
Told him I worked for NSA and the government and had no computers at home. He had no idea about NSA, but I told him I could have their crew contact him, lol He hung up.
This guy calls me at least three times a day for the past two weeks. I asked him politely to quit calling me and hung up. Since then he calls me numerous times a day saying he's my baby daddy, calling and leaving messages on the answering machine that he is a bad M 'Fer. The last message was I need to watch my back because he's watching me.
What can we do to stop this?
