Who called from 2084638664

Called twice in two consecutive minutes while I was away from my phone. They didn't leave a voicemail and I didn't bother calling back

Same as above, called and left no message

They didn't leave a message, didn't bother to call them back.

Same scam call, different number, different day.  American sounding female recording wants to lower credit card interest rate.  Press 1 get the live Indian guy.  Now blocked along with hundreds of other numbers. Sigh.

Received a call from this number to my cell, didn't answer not voicemail message left.
