Keep in mind, most of these call centers/call scammers use a commercial phone system/PBX with which it is EXTREMELY easy to fake the outgoing caller ID.
Got a call from this person and to be mean (as I was SICK of getting these stupid calls), I yelled loudly in the mouthpiece and hung up. Hopefully they won't call back. Did a search on Google for this number as there was nothing here, and I got the name and address of this person:

If he calls you, tell him you have his name and address and are going to call his local police for running a phone scam...if he calls me back (which he probably won't after the screaming incident), that's my plan.
