This is a scammer trying to sell preapproved life insurance. Since they don't know you, how can they sell you life insurance. In this case the person they called to sell life insurance to has been dead for 2 months. If you buy it, you wont be around to collect on it anyway so answer and laugh at them. Waste their time and call them a fool.
