A call from a man who knew my name said he was from windows and that my computer had downloaded a malicious virus / He said he would instruct me on how to resolve the problem . When I asked for a call back number(317-255-9235) it didn't check out so I ended the call . He claimed to be in Washington but by this time his information seemed inconsistent so I ended the call . He had a heavy middle eastern accent
