This number keeps calling me over and over. I have not picked up yet. They have called 3 times in one day. They have called at least 5 times in this past month. I searched the number and apparently it's from Illinois. I have no idea who they are. Probably scammers.
The company is not legitimate - they call and if you answer a foreign accent caller tells you they are from Microsoft and that they have data that you have lost 35% of internet speed and want permission to go in the back door to fix your computer. My friend received such a call and she just put her phone down and let them think she was interested. After about 5 minutes she told them they are idiots to think she would fall for this. A week after she received such a call it was my turn. I answered and told them I had already reported them and hung up. I then went into my account and blocked their number. If you have the blocking option use it. I did. BTW if you don't answer they will just keep calling back - if you do answer they will call back using a different number but in the same area code.
