got a call saying im been investigated due to a returned check. this is a scam and if you have ever had any debt of any sort these companies sell your info over the internet so people can harass you and people who know you to try and get money from you on old accounts.

I received the same call at 7:49 am this morning. They said I was going to be served today with bad checking writing, Also said that my bank was going to testify against me. They have also called me from 214-414-1037.
