I don't owe them any thing, no transactions with them. The people at this number are very rude.
Couldn't get the guy to pull the stick out of his @SS for 1 moment to find out what he wanted. If they would just be personable mabye they could resolve issues, instead of getting hung up on and having to continue bothering people to no end!!
I have a "unresolved" case in eBay that I payed for months ago, they have called me 12 times in the past 4 days to get this money that i owe them, next time they call, im gonna answer and talk in Spanish. hehehe

I was in the same predicament as him, There is no communication with ether PayPal or eBay.
Customer Representatives do not comprehend or speak English let alone their business skills are non existence.
eBay and PayPal cannot do anything to anyone except make calls and waste time.
They have no legal jurisdiction.
Paypal and ebay have been nd are becomming the worlds largest scam. They say they are not the same company but thats a lie. I've been a seller on ebay for 5 years with no less than a 95% rated power seller. Ebay changes poliecies that become unfair to the sellers. ebay refuses to look at the fact that the buyers do not reed the description on the handleing time to recieve there product and on top of that the seller is penalized due to the United states Postal Service is the worst on deliverying packakages and to top it all they loose packages and ship to other states than what package destination is. Yet ebay does'nt take the time to evaluate the problem. Ebay has become the worlds largest scammers and they should be penalized for there actions. Mmmmmm. I'm becomming to wonder if this is the goverment.Paypal holds your money because shipping standard is below standards. How is one to ship a item they own and put the exspense of product and shipping upfront and take the chance of being paid after product is even shipped. Hello, what fool is going to do that. Post office is unreliable and the worst mail carrier in the world. Yet, a smal;l guy like me gets screwed over by scammers like this. Ebay does not care about the people who pays there employees and continues to work like our goverment agencies. these companies should be sued and better regulated due to the scams they pull daily to the hard working individuals that are tring to support there family's and themselves. this is stupid. i get called all hours of the day and night. non stop. cant understand wtf theyre saying. ebay is a scam. i posted a phone with a bad esn and clearly stated it had bad esn and somestill bought it, then called me a million times asking me to take care of it even though they bought it with the knowldege of bad esn, he filed claims in ebay, and of course ebay refunded him, i now owe 107.50 plus what other fees there are. i give up. i just answer and say he no longer owns this phone or i pose as a pizza place and ask to take there order. still stupid though
yep its ebay, i already blocked their +12023679287 number.... i just can't believe i gave them an active google voice number, usually i give them a fake number... or inactive google voice number, but this time i gave the one i actually use for my business... i don't know why though, anyway i'm able to block them....
they were initially calling me 2-4 times a day, i would act like some crazy person or speak in a random language or tell them really really negative things-- it was quite fun actually. then i decided to block them, hadn't heard from them for a week then they started back up today and have called twice, so i just blocked them again...
hopefully this will be the end of it.

funny thing is they're harassing me over... $20. crazy!
If someone sues ebay and takes them to court for this harassment I will 100% support you-- we should start some type of petition b/c their harassment is OUT OF CONTROL its worst then sallie mae.
