This person repeatedly calls my house, and then hangs up shortly after anyone answers. We've called them back, but the immediately hang up after we say hello. It's very annoying, and happens regularly. Some people just have nothing else to do with their lives, I suppose.
I just recieved a call from them as well. 4:24 on Oct. 4/10 someone claiming to be Frank William with a strong accent, could barely talk wanted to sell me a cell phone with a plan for 30$/month. They said the company was called fibreworks and were calling on behalf of bell and another company, cell phone company. I asked to be put on a do not call list and took note of his name and he refused to give me a number to call back to. He wanted me to "take his word for it". Now adays when someone says take my word you hang them up to dry because that is what they are about to do to you. I reported it to bell and they were going to investigate. I doubt anything will come of it but it is worth harassing them a little bit.
