Me: well I'm great but do you know what time it is?
Them: no honey I don't
Me: it's 8:15 and I have kids, please don't call again....it's too late
Them: oh ok I just want to f*ck you sexy, sound good?
Received another call the following day earlier in the morning, reported to the police and pressed *57, not sure what it does but we'll see....
This caller is really scary! Had a thick Indian accent and was so belligerent when challenged that he started using obscenities and threatened us. Since this guy bought our information from somewhere so he has our home address and said that he’s going to show up at our house this Sunday and do unspeakable things to us. He also refused to let us talk to a manager or supervisor. Very scary! I’m wondering where I can report him.
Make a police report. The calls are coming in from India and Pakistan where male callers engage in sexually abusive talk when they find their scam isn't working. Police can at least notify the community to be on the lookout . Also, invest in a call blocker.
Got a call today from this number. Caller didn't leave a message. I have a rule. If the number on my land line or cellphone is not on my contact list I don't answer. If you see your own name and phone number appear on the caller id of your phone it is definitely a scam. I got a call the other day on my home phone with my husband's name and our home number appearing on the caller id. I didn't think at that time and pick up as soon as I see my husband's name. There was silence on the other line. After that call, everyday I have been slammed with all kinds of calls from solar, to local ranking to home protection calls. So, that call with my home number kinda generate from people who sell your info to make sure it's a legitimate number. People needs to fight back. Gone are the days where those phones without "caller blocked" feature are obsolete. Good investment is Panasonics with 250 numbers blocked. I have never been happier. Don't depend on the govt to help you to solve these problems. They are there to take your money and not solve problems. There are more like legalized scammers!
