This telephone number keeps calling about a bad debt at my elderly mother's telephone number. Needless to say, this is very disturbing to her. I have talked with a Matthew Chase of Impact Mediations on behalf of Triple Services LLC/CWB Services LLC to no avail. The debt was incurred in 2004, but Impact says it was incurred in July 2009. The company says that the bank account associated with this debt is one I closed in 2004. The statutes of limitations on bad debt is five years. According to my math, even if it had been incurred in 2009, the statute of limitations has run out. What a scam!
FYI these guys are scammers. I contacted the Boise PD and had them call the number. As soon as they identified themselves as law enforcement the company would hang up on them or put them on hold. Just ignore them and post anywhere you can about this so others don't get scammed. I with the phone companies would start fighting this crap by making it possible for us to report these issues and have them shut down.... Keep fighting the good fight.
This number had been calling my cell for over a year. A recorded message us asking for Macie John to call them about a debt owed. Do not know them and have my number for 15+ years. I call them and speak to lady to explain and she just hangs up on me
