I've been getting calls from this number.  Most are on my landline answering machine, but several times when I'm home will answer.  No one says anything for a few seconds then a slight "thump" as they hang up.  Usually when doing a *69, the recorded message says it's outside the calling area or marked private.  However, the evening of May 8th, 2014,  I went bed early, didn't hear a ring, but the time stamp said 7:46pm.  Did a *69 and got the above number.  Called, but just got a busy signal.  Don't know if this is the same party that's been doing all the past calling or not, but it's annoying.
