This number called today 208-650-4253 (Idaho) and someone actually spoke with me. I asked who they are, "she" said Financial Advisors Group. I asked are you a telemarketer, she said yes. I asked to be removed from her call list, she said she would. My phone is registered with the Do Not Call List...how can they still call? Frustrating!
this company skiptraces/investigates for collection agencies. i would not give any information. they ask you personal questions. i tried saying i was someone else but interested in their services, and buy, they refused to continue the discussion. they hire indians because it is cheap and people are more trusting to indians.
Has been calling every day and I have answered and noone is on the line ever.
I have yelled in the phone repeatedly to stop calling our house veryday even on Sunday!
I am on the "do not call" list. Numerous calls from this number never leave a message. When I answer the call there is usually no response. Today someone finally asked "can I speak to the owner of this number". She did not even know the name of the person she was calling, she was apparently just fishing for info. Now how do I get them to stop calling?
This number calls me several times in one day, only lets it ring 1 or 2 times. Obviously someone with a call sheet or automated dialer that only wants to rapid fire to get people easily reached! So annoying.
Other people said this was CITIZENS FINANCIAL MORTGAGE INC in Florida. I also have a florida cell phone calling me and hanging up like this. No others like these in over a year! If this truly is Citizen's, I found their contact information here:

It was on a State of New York banking website under Certificate issued to engage in the business as a Mortgage Broker Branch under Article 12-D of the New York state Banking Law. I don't know what all that means, but at least it's a real brick-and-mortar place so if anyone knows the proper reporting procedures please post so we can follow them.
I also found a newspaper article

saying that the State of Massacusetts fined them $3 million dollars for "unethical and dishonest conduct" scamming seniors with annuities. This was through the Massachusetts Securities Division.
If this is related to insurance, the Department of Insurance (DOI) in all states takes matters of fraud complaints very seriously, and most insurance companies blood will run cold if you tell them you're reporting them to the DOI. The threat alone is probably enough to get yourself off their mailing list, but in case you want to also take action I Googled them below:

Good luck and take action! Remember the agents themselves can get their licenses revoked, and worse...so these government offices are there to protect innocent consumers from savvy unethical brokers!
