At 8:37,8:38, 8:39, and 8:41 on 11/08/11, a "process server" calling herself Stacy Miller called from 208-656-4563 saying she was supposed to serve me with papers and I needed to call 877-815-2280 to prevent being served. I called the number and the first person who answered spoke with a heavy foreign accent. He transferred me to someone else. She informed me that I owed $715 on a old payday loan from a DJR group. I could pay right then and she would call off the process server. I was told if I didn't pay, I would be charged with bank fraud and check fraud. I told her I paid DJR group and she told me to call back with an account number. I did call back with an account number and she said it was not a match and I owed the money. I told her what she was doing was illegal and she said she doesn't know the law and I could get served or pay. I kept insisting she was acting illegally and she finally hung up on me.
