1 - Cold call, recorded message
2 - Call made by Outbound Calling service (call center)
3 - There is a real company with the name "Smart Energy Today" INC. - NO INDICATION THIS IS THAT COMPANY
4 - the calling number is NOT the company number
5 - the call back number is NOT the company number
6 - THE CALL BACK NUMBER IS LISTED AS RELATED TO NUMEROUS SCAMS!!!!!!!!!!!!
So, on the face of it, a company can not make cold sales calls and especially cold RECORDED sales calls. And never call a number given from a suspicious source without looking it up first. Since I only found scams related to the call back number I suggest this is only another worthless scammer.
