Doesn't matter if they are one and the same person as the phone number is probably some kind of scam marketing business. Reputable businesses have no need to auto dial and hang up on potential customers numerous times a day.
Got a call today from this number. Caller ID just said "Boise" so I answered. A man asked for me by my first name and asked me if I handled Visa and MasterCard for a small business I used to own. Shut the business down 6-7 years ago. Blocked the number. I'm sure they'll call again from a different fake number. They always do.
