Answered "Hello." Silence. My guess is it is a computer checking for line activity. After another "hello" with no response, I hung up.

I just received the same call and made the same response.

They kept calling and when I would answer they would hang up so I kept calling until somebody answered lol but the lady that answered the phone stated they were a student loan forgiven company...
