Recorded message saying this is to notify me that the IRS is taking legal actions against me and to call 208-776-0089 right away, recording ends and that's it. What BS, while the IRS is not the kindest of agencies, they are not that stupid either when building a case against someone, nor do they depend on recorded phone messages, etc. Obviously someone is phishing and I am NOT biting!
