Well the number is an international number I was talking to a business associate from Australia, he was trying to call me on his number but kept breaking so when he called back it came in as international but looked like our local number with the 208-779-3011.
Sounds like the telcom company had problems then routed it to clean up the line, nothing wrong or illegal with it just telcom company trying to make a better connection.

I got a call from Viet nam with this number showing as the caller id. My friend was using a calling card to call me. I was also wondering what this came back as since it was being shown as local number but caller was in another country.
