I got a text message from this number telling me I had "won a $1000 Target gift card".
Included a web link and "special code" to enter.... site was fake Target one.
Quick google check.... its a scam!

Same thing at 3:22AM today. Knew it was a scam as Target doesn't have my cell number. Verizon refuses to give TXT credit for the SPAM, so I'm out another .25.
