Received a call from this number this morning.  Didn't say what company he was with or what it was in reference to but his message was that if he did not hear from either me or my attorney today "he could only wish me good luck with the situation that was about to unfold on me".  I think I'll take that as a threat.  The call back number was 626-384-3251.  Said his name was John Anderson.  VERY thick accent.
