Got a recording claiming to be from "your credit card company," and stating that there's "no problem with your card," but asking if you're "interested in lowering your" APR, and if so, "push 1."

I pushed 1 and got a person asking if my balances were over a certain level. I don't remember the amount. When I asked what company she was with, she said "Account Services."
I called the Idaho State Attorney General's office and was told to file a complaint on their web site.

After getting same recording as "Irritated", pressed 1. When the person came on, I asked her "What company are you calling for and what is this all about?"
She hung up.
When I tried to call the number back via caller ID, a message comes on saying that the number is out of service.
