When I answered nobody was there

I got a call from this number.sombody were calling me by name and asked me about my current job position and highest education.suddenly phone cut...what does it mean?

I got a call from the same number, although I didn't pick it up but when called back a recorded message played saying the number is invalid.

Yep, happens all the time. Then some idiot, supposedly based out of Canada, shows up & tries to verify the scheme. It's getting kind of passé. We're tired of it.
FRAUDS!  That's it!  FRAUDS!.
