I received a call at 11:39 a.m. on my cell. All home numbers transferred to my cell since I noticed this number during the late evening. The call of 1-208-881-9558 comes from Idaho Falls, ID. No message is ever left. I called the number from a different landline number. Amanda with QCS Financial Services Company answered. I asked what is the name of the company. The young lady spoke so fast I had to have her repeat it several times before I could understand what she said. Then she began to ask all kinds of questions. I advise her I was not familiar with this company and I was certain they may have been trying to reach someone else. I kindly ask her to remove my number from their calling list. She said she would and hung up. I called back and was on hold for a moment...Again Amanda picked up on the line so I hung up. I am guessing this is some sort of collection agency. I then researched the name via Google there were multiples of QCS that showed up but none in Idaho Falls, ID that I could find. I started researching complaints QCS and found the name as Qualia Collection Services and Optio Solutions LLC. It appears that this company is a third party collection agency that has illegally threatened people.
