Who called from 2089060728

I have recieved 3 phone calls from this number. There has been no message left however when i call back it disconnects my phone.

I have recieved the same number, i picked it up after one ring anticipating the call and i heard breathing then nothing...

Finally answered the phone and some guy with an indina accent wanted to talk to me about my network, then he hung up.

This appears to be someone picking up PIA from domain registration and trying to do who knows what with it. The area code is 208 (Idaho) and is the same as my own.

The caller seemed to have trouble starting the conversation, there were a few "hello?"s back and forth before she got to asking me if I was in charge of a particular domain name (I said yes, after I asked her to repeat) and then she immediately asked if I had a fax #. Given my domain is no where close to expiring, giving out additional information seemed inappropriate so I said "no" and hung up.
